Reggie “SlimBASS" McCoy is a 25 year old music producer, engineer, and multi-instrumentalist from Chesapeake Virginia. Since a very young age he has always had a strong passion for music. Slim is a member of a local band where he plays the trombone and sometimes adds a few background vocals. He attended Virginia State University in Petersburg, Virginia, where he received his Bachelor's degree in Music, with a concentration on the trombone. At VSU, SlimBASS was a part of the “Trojan Explosion" marching band where he held a section leader position throughout his entire time there. Slim was actually on a trip with the marching band when he discovered that he had a passion for creating and recording music. Although Slim still performs trombone on the weekends, since that band trip, Slim's musical focus has been more concentrated on production and engineering, rather than instrumental performance. During his time with the “Trojan Explosion" , SlimBASS met many lifelong friends, Some of whom would also go on to become founding members of More Better Music Group.
June Elizabeth discovered her musical talents in an elementary school concert band. While in high school JuneE began rapping, writing songs of her own, and performing with a band called Melodic Soul. Once she went off to college, the songwriting took a stand still so she could focus on her schoolwork, and marching in the band at the Norfolk State University. After getting in the groove of school, and having more free time, June came to life again. With a studio on campus she took advantage of the space and eventually recorded a few songs while there. In her last semester at NSU, JuneE completed her first project and released it the very same day she graduated from Norfolk State. Currently, June has a new project called “The Missing Peace,” which has been released on all major streaming platforms! This project she says, "is something you need to play when you want to feel good." She also has music out with her label, More Better Music Group, found on those same music platforms.

Sam "Kkah$o" (C-ah-soe) 24 years old,CEO and one of the founders of More Better Music Group (MBMG). Kkah$o was born and raised in Hampton, VA. Sam loves music dearly and is grateful for his family. He finds joy in helping people realize their true potential. Kkah$o (keep kool and have some optimism) plays multiple instruments but is most fluent on trumpet! Sam is a May 2016 graduate of Virginia State University, where he participated in the Trojan Explosion and earned his Bachelors of Arts in Mass Communication with a focus in Television Production. Kkah$o quotes: “I want more better music group to grow in such a way that puts us in a position to greatly contribute to surrounding communities through monetary support and selfless service daily”
Lil Washy, The Punch-line lyricist of More Better Music Group began to create & release music around August of 2014 where he would unite with his older brother "Mo" to establish the My Brothers Keeper mixtape series; a run of mixtapes where the two brothers would exchange verses over the most popular radio hits at the moment. (The latest installment of the mixtape is My Brothers Keeper 3 Available via audiomack). Washy born Joshua Johnson on the 29th of June in 1994 (23 years) is the youngest of his 3 brothers & is a native of Virginia raised in the Southside of Richmond where he lost his father at the young age of 8 leaving him to live in a single parent home where the mother was always working to provide for the household. Washy was forced to raise himself & with no guidance for life lessons. After high school he attended Virginia State University where he would study mathematics with hopes of becoming a school teacher & later opening his own bank. Life taking him for a turn, Washy did not complete his undergrad years with less than a year left allowing him to be home to work & indulge himself into his passion for music. Always being a music connoisseur With the likes of artists such as 2Pac , Snoop Dogg , Master P , OutKast , 50 Cent , Lil Wayne , Drake & Many others, Washy's focal point of music became the lyrics.
ENatural, commonly known as Hutch, is a maestro
to say the least. Very humble beginnings from
Surry County, but he also represents the 804 area.
A Virginia native, ENatural graduated from Virginia State University with a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics. If anyone were to ask what they know about Natural, they would tell you that he IS music! He encompasses music and everything it stands for. Though he has a degree in Mathematics, he also has thorough understanding in music. He, too marched (and arranged music) with the Mighty Marching Trojan Explosion. This is where he gained the life long brotherhood of the founders of More Better Music Group. He is also co- CCO and one of the founders of MBMG.
Meet Shawn Linares also known as KKloud9,
KKloud9 is a Music Producer/Engineer/Artist originally from Columbus, Georgia. He realized that he wanted to do music at the age of 8; In Georgia he was inspired to pursue music by Marching Bands, local musicians, and his peers. In 2003 he moved to Richmond, VA which is where he discovered his musical talents. KKloud9 started producing after his mother purchased his first music production software on his 17th Birthday. He attended Virginia State University as a music major participating in Marching Band, ProTools courses, and many more ensembles as a percussionist. During this time he made music with people from the marching band who eventually became partners with More Better Music Group.
